Haiji Kino is the main protagonist of the Under Doctor manga series.
Appearance[edit]
Haiji has messy, dark hair with light-colored streaks in his bangs, he also round glasses with unique cross-shaped charms or accents attached to the frames. For his clothing, he wears a formal dark suit with a tie and a vest.
Personality[edit]
Haiji seems lazy, clumsy, sleep deprived, and known for a strange laugh at first, but when it matters, he becomes calm, serious, and highly skilled at his craft.[1]
Abilities[edit]
Haiji has the supernatural ability to see "lights" coming from human bodies. He uses this vision to diagnose patients instantly by observing specific light patterns that correspond to different conditions. He can distinguish between two types of lights, one being innate vital points, and the other being acquired vital points.
