Kyo Tanimoto (谷本達哉) is a Japanese mangaka, best known for being the writer and illustrator for the Under Doctor manga series, which is currently being serialized weekly in Weekly Shonen Jump.[1]
History
Little about him is known, but he was reportedly a former assistant to Kōhei Horikoshi (My Hero Academia) & Posuka Demizu (The Promised Neverland). During his assistant years, he used the penname Tatsuya Tanimoto. when he published his first one-shot manga, Heiwa Mashin in 2015. From 2015-2024, he published a series of one-shots, and in 2026, he started serializing his first manga series, Under Doctor.
