Prologue
The fight happened because Kong Lian-Ya went to Las Vegas to offer Maxwell a job to kill Haiji Kino.
Location
The fight happened at Floor 44, a secret medical facility operated by the Oshimori Clan, and Haiji was there to perform surgery on Tamasuke Ukita, a famous Kabuki actor.
Battle
Maxwell infiltrated the building by manually climbing up the floors of the building, and was confronted by Chiwako Oshimori as soon as he reached Floor 44. She says that she never thought she would ever see him becuase he rarely takes jobs anymore. Haiji arrives at the scene, and as soon as Maxwell sees Haiji, he headbutts him.
